If you stumbled across my site then my guess is that we have something in common. I am a Wife, Mother, Sister, Daughter… a self-proclaimed foodie that isn’t willing to sacrifice flavor for health. I want it all! I choose to live a life that I love and my goal is to inspire, encourage and empower people to live their best lives!
As a Transformational Speaker, I am authentic in leveraging my own experiences to show you that only you, create your reality. I love food and as I understood more about the relationship food has on my health and well-being, my love affair deepened and now it is a joy and my pleasure to coach you.
In 2013 I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Cancer called Anaplastic Large T Cell Lymphoma (ALCL). It took six months of back and forth with multiple medical professionals before I received the diagnosis and began a protocol of chemotherapy treatments. After four months of CHOP chemotherapy cycles I went into metabolic remission. Six weeks later Cancer was back with a vengeance! I relapsed again and started a new protocol of chemotherapy treatments for another four months. But to no surprise Cancer stopped by for another visit! I decided to have a Stem Cell Transplant as a final attempt to shut out my unwanted visitor, but after losing all immunity, and overall strength Cancer prevailed and hung around like a stalker!! I’d had Cancer 3 times in 2 years!!!!
After being informed that all of the medical options had been exhausted, I turned my attention to alternative routes. I had Live Blood Cell Analysis, Colon Hydrotherapy, Enemas, Bio Resonance Therapy, and I switched my diet from STARCH-A-TARIAN to Plant Based Vegan.
I followed a strict alkaline, no sugar, no dairy plant-based program for 90 days in an effort to cleanse my blood and was flabbergasted to see that the results had worked. I was Cancer free and have remained Cancer free since December 2014.
I now offer alternative therapies that I used to help you as a proactive tool in the awareness and maintenance of your health and well-being.
